Flower Srebrenica

Flower of Srebrenica or flower "Memories", the unofficial symbol of the Srebrenica genocide that happened during the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1995.

The flower was designed by women from the association "Gracanica's crochet" from Gracanica, and was first presented to the public July 1, 2011.

The white color of petals of a flower represents the innocence or suffering, green color that is in the center of the flower is a hope, a 11 petals symbolize the 11 July 1995.
